Wes Oller

Wes and his wife Vanessa founded Oller Building Company in 2015. Since then, he had been building beautiful quality homes in Springfield and surrounding areas. When he isn't working, Wes likes to spend time with his family at the lake or sporting events.

Vice President

Curtis Essick

Curtis has over 30 years of commercial and residential building experience. He oversees all of the day to day operations. His attention to detail and work ethic are what make him such a great asset to our team. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife camping.

Office Manager

Tessa Nelson

Tessa has 13+ years of customer service experience. She has a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University. She enjoys working with our clients to create a stress-free and fun design process. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband outdoors.

Administrative Assistant

Angela Smith

Angela has over 20+ years of customer service experience. She has worked in the building industry and we are excited to have her on our team to utilize her skills. Angela helps make our clients have a fun and rewarding time while designing their home. When she isn't working she loves to spend time with her children and husband.

Carpenter

David Nelson

David is new to the building side of construction. Before he came to Oller Building Company. David worked in the plumbing industry. He is our go-to man when something needs done quickly. When David isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and playing softball.

Equipment Operator

Todd Duvall

Todd is our equipment operator with over 20+ years experience, You can find him most days digging out houses, backfilling lots, or even driving a dump truck. When he is not working Todd enjoys spending time with his wife.

Driver

Todd Mawhinney

Todd is one of our drivers here at Oller Building Co. He spends his days delivering topsoil and rock to our jobsites. Todd has several years of mechanic experience. When Todd is not working he enjoys spending time at the race track.

Darrell is another one of our drivers here at Oller Building Co. He also spends his days delivering rock and topsoil to our jobsite. When Darrell is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
